We know life can be stressful. You know it too. We flow through a jungle of emotional situations, rational decisions and sensory overload, day in and day out. It can happen that the inner balance gets lost. Too much yang, activity, stimulus, demands, or too much yin, lack of strength or motivation, tiredness, indecisiveness, heaviness.
With this retreat we want to bring your mind to a calm and steady place. With a mixture of active flow yoga classes to strengthen the body and relaxing yin classes and meditations, your body will be allowed to fully open again. Release the contractions from your system and return to a gentle yet strong form. We want to inspire you to find new strength, motivation and self-confidence for your path. Yoga is a really fantastic way to get into your own mindfulness, awareness and energy. And even if you simply want to practice intensively for yourself again, at a beautiful place with sandy beach and sea, nature and good food, you are exactly at the right place with us. We are looking forward to meeting you!

For Beginners and Intermediate
No matter what your level of practice - fitness - or flexibility, no matter if you are already a yoga teacher or recently started, you are welcome at our yoga school in Corfu. We will provide you with everything you need in order to relax, grow and immerse yourself in daily yoga classes, meditation, breathwork, mantra singing and more... surrounded by stunning sunsets, sandy beaches, seaviews, chilling sessions in our Gardens and, of course, plenty of gorgeous, healthy, freshly cooked, local vegetarian food.
