About Sarah

Hi! My name is Sarah and I started my path of yoga 10 years ago. It was an inner journey in search of more inner peace and self-awareness. Practicing yoga brought me close to myself and gave me strength, both physically and mentally. It gives me energy, balance, gratitude, tranquility, joy and happiness in everyday life. Today I practice meditation and yoga on a daily basis. It has become a lifestyle and passion. Yoga helps me peel off layers that no longer serve me and shift patterns so I become a fuller expression of my true nature. Transforming into my best self.

My goal is to support others on a similar path and promote a profound connection between body and mind. Practicing yoga involves confronting the inner critics of our own mind and taking a closer look at the stories we tell ourselves. By stilling the fluctuations of the mind, we find peace and balance on the mat - and take that with us of the mat.

I continue to study many aspects of yoga with love and pleasure. As a person I describe myself as authentic, spontaneous, social, honest, passionate, open-minded and caring. I like music, film, philosophy, a good book, healthy cooking, walking in nature and I really enjoy good conversations. I love to meet new people and connect.
