Spring Yoga Retreat to deeply nourish
Corfu is one of few the places in Europe where it's already warm and sunny in early May, so if you are in need of some sunshine and beach time in addition to daily yoga, join our 7-day May Retreat on Corfu Island! This Retreat will be a nourishing, joyful and profound journey for you, and gives you the opportunity to reconnect with yourself and your essence through a well-designed yoga practice from experienced yoga teachers.
The focus of this retreat is Nourishment. Relax deeply through beautiful meditation classes and breathing exercises. Let go of stress and old emotions, strengthen your body and come back into balance by joining creative, gentle movement flows as well as grounding Yin classes during our retreat. Explore what it means to you to nourish your soul in our deep-dive workshops. And, equally importantly, nourish the physical body with delicious, fresh, seasonal home cooked vegetarian and vegan food.
This retreat, taking place from May 5-11, 2024, allows you to take time for yourself. It gives you the space to really listen to your needs. The nature around our retreat centre, including the crystal clear sea and the olive groves, is the perfect environment for rest, peace and connection. And the beach is only a one minute away!
Here at INEA YOGA, you will meet like-minded people from around the world. By joining this spring retreat you can experience a light, summery, vacation-like yoga retreat or come on a deeply nourishing self-exploration journey, or both! It really is all up to you, as everything we offer as part of the retreat program are optional!

Our style of yoga
Our Yoga classes are designed to deepen your connection with the body and your inner essence. We honour the ancient yogic traditions by integrating them into the practices. The morning classes are active; some are flowy and creative like a gentle vinyasa (don't expect power yoga or gym workouts) whilst others are more breath-based moving meditation, like tantra yoga. In the evenings we guide you to deep relaxation and inner intimacy through yin or restorative yoga, yoga nidra and sound journeys.
Come to gorgeous Corfu and we will provide you with everything you need during your Yoga Retreat, so that you can relax and rejuvenate – surrounded by stunning sunsets, seaviews and, of course, plenty of gorgeous, healthy, freshly cooked vegetarian food. It will be amazing! Athina and Cedric, the founders of INEA YOGA School & Retreat Centre Corfu, are delighted to be welcoming experienced guest teachers Sally and Jess to host you for this retreat. They will guide and support you wholeheartedly with their presence, full attention, and expertise.
