Ashtanga Yoga for Beginners

If you are new to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga or even new to Yoga in general, this is a perfect class to start with. If you have tried Ashtanga and have felt intimidated by this style, again, start here.

Do this class many times until your breath is smooth all the way throughout the whole class. Try to memorize the sequence and think of what pose comes next. The poses in Ashtanga Yoga are always the same and always in the same sequence. Once you learn the sequence by heart, you can practice on your own anytime, anywhere without relying on a yoga teacher or on having internet :-) All you need is a yoga mat. This yoga style has amazing benefits, both physical and mental benefits. Practice and you will see for yourself.
