This slow to start with yoga flow is especially for you that are feeling a little stagnant and low... it starts gently with little moves and pranayama and eventually encourages you to find the motivation to move!!! It really is the kind of vinyasa you will benefit most from when you are not feeling like moving much, but you actually want to move... the beginning is soooo slow and gentle that it allows you to find your strenght little by little! And as twists are ideal for letting go... Squeeze out all the unwillingness, stagnation, tiredness and create some space for creativity, more activity, and joyfulness for the rest of your day!!!
