Flow towards splits from India

In this 55 minute video, you are invited to enjoy the challenge of listening to your body! The splits (standing and on the floor) is a very demanding posture, mind and body have to stay open to what is there, to let aside all concepts and previous stories that make you believe that you cannot do this. Furthermore, here you are invited to give priority to how you feel right now instead of how you wish you did and enjoy the present!
